We use information held about you in the following ways:
To consider your suitability for employment roles within LML’s Clients; and
To contact you in the course of the recruitment process, using contact details you have provided.
If you are successful in your application to work at LML, then your information will be stored by us in accordance with LML's Employee Privacy Policy.
If your application is not successful, then we may be required by applicable laws to retain information about you (including your CV and any accompanying information) for a certain period of time so that it can respond to any issues or claims that may arise out of the recruitment process.
Where you have given that consent, then your information will be forwarded to our clients and will be used by LML Recruitment Solutions:
To match your details with positions that may arise within our clients in the future;
To keep you informed of job opportunities; and
To respond to any access or rectification requests or claims that you might make.
