It's fair to say that the past two years have been a difficult time for people seeking employment and indeed people in positions where their future is questionable. Of course, some industries are more "recession proof" than other industries. Every sector has been affected somehow by the economic downturn although some sectors have been affected more than others. The healthcare industry is one sector of industry where staff will always be required. Statistics show that the healthcare industry is one of the least affected industries by the credit crunch and an industry where the employment rate is incredibly high. People who have been victims of the economic downturn are now turning to healthcare and are gaining the necessary qualifications to work in this particular industry. |
